Research and investment project Quantum Engineering and Nanotechnology (QUEENTEC) supported by Johanes Amos Comenius Programme under the call Excellent research by CZK 495,23 million (EUR 20,5 million), of which 18 % is allocated to instrumental equipment. The project is implemented by the Institute of Scientific Instruments of the CAS in cooperation with the Palacký University Olomouc, J. Heyrovsky Institute of Physical Chemistry of the CAS, the Institute of Photonics and Electronics of the CAS and the CESNET in the period July 1, 2023 – June 30, 2028. The research team is focused on research diverse electrically charged quantum objects – ions, molecules, nanoparticles, their interconnection, including superconducting circuits, and immediate or subsequent applications, for example ultra-precise quantum clock. Inova Pro coordinated work on a feasibility study and other annexes of non-financial nature.

COMTES FHT a.s.

The project Pre-application Research of Functionally Graduated Materials (GRAMATECH ITI) with a budget of CZK 89 million (EUR 3,5 million) and supported by the Research, Development and Education Operational Program. The project is implemented by a thirty-member team of researchers and technicians from 1 January 2018 to 30 June 2022. The project is a complex of research, investment and support activities, including the acquisition of 3D printing equipment by direct laser deposition. Inova Pro coordinated works on the project idea and in the next phase also worked on the project application, including a feasibility study and other annexes.

Project Research of advanced steels with unique properties (COMEX) supported by CZK 173,3 million (EUR 6,7 mil.) from the Operational programme Research, development and education in the call Excellent research. The project is implemented at the research institute COMTES FHT in the period October 2018 – June 2023. The project is focused on achieving the parameters or combinations of multiple properties with selected types of modern steels with emphasis on optimising the corrosion resistance, resistance to acid brittleness, resistance to crack formation on shear edges, temperature stability, elastic modulus or service life in combination with excellent mechanical properties. Utilisation of the results aims towards materials for transport equipment, energy, and for product lines located in sea water and in arctic conditions. As part of the project, corrosion and forming laboratory will be built in the COMTES FHT research complex in Dobřany for approximately CZK 50 million.

Inova Pro coordinated works on the project application, including the preparation of a feasibility study and other annexes.

The project focused on the equipment the 3D printing workplace in the scientific and technology park (STP) of COMTES FHT a.s. in Dobřany near Pilsen by high-tech deposition equipment for 3D metal printing using the Selective Laser Powder Bed Fusion method and for other equipment for 3D metal printing, such as a particle analyzer, wind powder sorter or wire cutter. The investment of 39 million crowns (of which 75% subsidy from structural funds) will significantly expand the technological possibilities of the STP in 3D printing of metal materials, will increase the available deposition capacity of the workplace and expand its deposition possibilities in terms of printable components, materials and deposition rate. The project, scheduled for 24 months, started on 1.7. 2021.

Inova Pro prepared a project feasibility study and cost-benefit analysis and coordinated the work on the project application and its annexes.

The project aimed at building a technology-oriented science and technology park in Dobřany near Pilsen, close to the current research and laboratory premises of COMTES FHT a.s. and implemented between 2016 and 2019. The value of the investment is close to CZK 150 million (EUR 6 million). The ​​ park consisting of three buildings should be open during 2019. It will offer lab facilities, workshops, a multifunctional hall, as well as a 3D printer, electro mobile recharge station and nursery school. Inova Pro consulted the project idea and was responsible for elaboration of the project application and for coordination of work on feasibility study and cost-benefit analysis


The project Development of pre - seed activities in the research organisation COMTES FHT(PRESEED COM). It has been supported from the EU structural funds under the Operational Programme Research and Development and Innovation . The project with a budget of 35 million CZK is focused on the commercialization of this research organization, and protection of its intellectual property. The company Inova Pro coordinated the preparation of the project application, and of its main attachments - a feasibility study and calculation of the funding gap and it was responsible also for the assembling of the project application in Czech and English version. During implementation of the project (2014 - 2015) Inova Pro provides consulting services related to technology transfer.

The project West Bohemian Material Metallurgical Centre (ZMMC) - a Regional Research Center of metallic materials and technologies with a planned budget of CZK 430 million (EUR 18 million) will be built in Dobřany near Pilsen in the period 2011-2014. Inova Pro coordinated the preparation of project application, including preparation of detail feasibility study, also participated in the international panel hearings and in the negotiation process with the Czech Ministry of Education.

The DEWEMAT project focused on ensuring the development of the research infrastructure and stabilizing the research team of the West-Bohemian Metallurgical Material Center (ZMMMC) built by COMTES FHT a.s. in Dobřany in period 2011-2014. A project with a budget of CZK 184 million (EUR 7.2 million) was launched on 1.1.2015 and will be terminated on December 32, 2019. Inova Pro coordinated the preparation of the project application, including its annexes.

EFACEC

The project manager of Inova Pro assisted to the largest Portuguese industrial holding EFACEC in entering the Czech market twenty five years ago. This holding successfully operates in the areas of electrical equipment for generation, transmission and distribution of electrical energy. With EFACEC we cooperated in commercial and realization phases of most important intralogistics projects of automated warehouses in Czech and Slovak Republics (equipped with with stacker cranes, AGV or RGV /automated guided vehicles and rail guided vehicles/ and conveyor systems). We worked with Efacec in realization of projects for Škoda Auto Mladá Boleslav and Kvasiny and Mondi SCP in Ružomberok.

We provided to the company Efacec marketing support in the Czech Republic and in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe.

Palacký University in Olomouc

Organizational support to the US-Czech Conference on Nanotechnologies and Chemistry, held on 17 and 18 January 2018 in Prague (http://conference.rcptm.com/). The prestigious event was organized by the US Embassy in the Czech Republic, the US Office of Naval Research (ONR) and the Regional Center of Advanced Technologies and Materials (RCPTM) at the Palacký University in Olomouc, under the auspices of the Chairwoman of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, Eva Zažímalová. At the American Center gave a lecture almost three dozen top scientists from both countries. The final panel discussion, attended by representatives of grant providers from both countries, was an opportunity to discuss the possibilities of financial support for joint research projects.

Project Twinning in non-Gaussian Physics for Quantum Technology (NONGAUSS ) supported by the EU Framework Programme for Research and Innovation (HORIZON 2020) by EUR 899 625 will be implemented by the international consortium led by the Palacký University in Olomouc (UP) in the period January 2021-December 2023. In collaboration with the Danmarks Tekniske Universitet and Sorbonne Université the project combines training process with networking, workshops, summer schools, expert visits. The aim is to enhance the research profile of the Department of Optics of UP in modern quantum science, to intensify networking with top quantum technology laboratories, to broaden the applicability of theoretical non-Gaussian quantum physics in experiments, disseminate outcomes to the quantum community and communicate about quantum technology to the general public and the younger generation.

GENOMAC vyzkumny ustav, s.r.o.

Under the framework the Operational Programme Prague Competitiveness Inova Pro prepared for Genomac International an investment project called Systems for comprehensive analysis of genetic data ( GENEALITY). It focuses on the technological modernization of DNA analysis labs of this largest private laboratory for applied research in predictive molecular oncology in the Czech Republic and the largest provider of DNA testing in the CZ. During the implementation of the project (2014 ) Inova Pro provides a complete project publicity and its administration.

Preparation of an investment project Center for Applied Genomics solid tumors (CEGES) supported by structural funds. During the project implementation (2009-2010) a complete administration and publicity of the project, including preparation of payment requests, have been provided by Inova Pro.

Preparation of press releases, cooperation in establishing of the cluster Nanomedic, preparation of projects to the 7th EU Framework Programme for Research and Technological Development.

EXIMET TRAFO, spol. s r.o.

In cooperation with our foreign partners EXIMET TRAFO has been successfully incorporated to the research project PROFORM of 6th EU Framework Programme for Research and Technological Development, priority Nanotechnologies and Nanosciences, Intelligent and Multifunctional Materials and New Production Processes and Devices. During the project implementation phase (2006-2010) Inova Pro was responsible for the project administration and publicity.

Inova Pro prepared three other projects for this industrial company (co-found by structural funds), concretely relating marketing, technology development and ICT. During their implementation (2007-2010) Inova Pro had been responsible for the administration of these projects, including preparation of payment requests.
